AesApp WebCPS is a free, browser-based CPS (codeplug editor) for the AnyTone AT-D878UVII, AT-D878UV, AT-D890UV, AT-D578UV(III) Plus and AT-D168UV, the Baofeng DM-32UV and the Radtel RT-4D (iRadio DM-UV4R). Edit channels, zones, talk groups, contacts and radio settings, read and write your radio over USB, and for the AnyTone radios import and export .rdt files.
